Account & data deletion

For the Sedra Electric app. You can request deletion even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in.

Send a request to info@sedra-electric.com with the subject Sedra Electric account and data deletion. Include the email or telephone number used for your account or requests, and tell us whether you want to delete the account and all associated information or specific requests. Do not send your password or identity documents.

Sedra may ask you to verify that the account or contact details belong to you before making changes. We will respond to confirm the scope and outcome. Deletion covers the applicable Firebase account, profile and linked service requests held by Sedra. If any records must be retained for a legal or legitimate business obligation, we will explain the records and reason in our response. Deleting preferences on your device does not delete server records or messages already sent through WhatsApp or email.

This opens your email app. Review and send the message yourself; opening this page does not submit a request.
