Information used by the app

When you send a request, we receive the name, telephone number, project or address, service details, preferred appointment and other information you choose to enter. Existing clients can sign in using their email and password through Google Firebase Authentication. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not included in service requests.

The app uses Firebase Authentication, including anonymous authentication for guest submissions, and Firebase Realtime Database to deliver requests to our team. These services process account identifiers and technical connection information needed to operate and secure the service. Cloudflare hosts the web application and processes normal network information such as IP address and request metadata. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Purpose and recipients

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange visits, deliver and support services, authenticate clients and protect the service. Relevant Sedra staff and the service providers above process the information for these purposes. Provider infrastructure may be located outside your country.

WhatsApp, email and telephone links open external services. If you choose to send a message there, it is handled by that provider and the recipient. The app does not automatically send a WhatsApp message on your behalf. No payment-card collection, advertising SDK or advertising identifier is implemented in this version.

Storage and retention

Language and branch preferences, authentication session information and a short list of request receipts can be stored on your device. Submitted service information is retained while needed to handle requests, provide services and meet applicable business or legal obligations. This app does not implement an automatic expiry period for submitted requests. Requests to delete information are reviewed and processed by Sedra; information that must be retained for a legitimate obligation is explained when we respond.

Security, choices and deletion

Connections to the app and Firebase use HTTPS. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your account or service information. Use the dedicated account and data deletion page, also available from the app. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete information stored by Sedra. The app is intended for people seeking Sedra services and is not directed to children.
